Layout phase!

In the spirit of making Shepherds look a little more professional, I've spent some time doing proper layout on it.  This is a "beta" of sorts, because I'm sure there there are still plenty of little errors and inconsistencies that could stand to be cleaned up, so if anyone wants to provide feedback in that vein (or any vein, really) it would be appreciated.

There are also now two versions -- a double page spread that reads well on a widescreen monitor, and a single page version for phones/tablets.

PDF bookmarks are unfortunately still missing, since my layout software only supports them in beta, and they came out...pretty strange when I tested. As soon as this feature is available, I'll be uploading a version with bookmarks.
