Version 1.9 "Final" release

This release represents something tolerably close to the final version of Shepherds. Though there may be small tweaks or fixes going forward if people encounter problems (particularly with layout or bookmarks!), or if I receive substantial feedback, but most likely the only further updates will be the addition of some more art, though I have plans to publish a few additional Assignments separately, most likely for free.

The most substantial changes for this version for people who have played earlier ones is a change to how Talk Them Down operates; Instead of being a Fire move, the modifier for it is now based on the number of times you've confronted this foe.  This caused a small cascade of other changes including new moves for Fire, Earth and Water.  A short list of the "major" changes follows, though there are also a number of small clarifications:
