Markdown version beta now available

I've just added a markdown version of the core rules -- I'm working on epub, but hopefully this will help with accessibility on mobile devices in the meantime.
It's in beta as it currently doesn't have internal hyperlinking or any images, but it should be better than nothing, I hope. As a result, I'm removing the old 1.09 version.
